Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of vickan.co and the products operated by Vickan Capital, including Zodial (zodial.ai) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You agree to use them lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse other users’ information.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features are billed through our payment processor at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

4. SMS program terms

• Program: the Zodial daily sky digest, operated by Vickan Capital and sent from toll-free number (855) 266-6606. It delivers a daily personalized astrology digest, replies from Hermes, Zodial’s guide, to your messages, and account notices.
• Opt-in: you join by entering your mobile number on our SMS sign-up page or in Zodial, checking the consent box, and replying YES to the confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies. A daily digest is typically one message per day, plus replies to your messages.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@zodial.ai.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs and text, are owned by Vickan Capital. You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a limited right to process it only to provide the Services to you.

6. Warranty and liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vickan Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
